Odell’s from the storefront is a bagel shop, but inside it is much more. We take inspiration from tradition and local ingredients, and constantly push the boundaries of what a bagel shop or bakery is supposed to be. Chef Miles takes inspiration from growing up in New Jersey and New York City, and is always inspired by his employees childhood experiences as well as the national bagel scene. At night, the large oak counter will evolve into an intimate tasting menu counter, where you can indulge in a multi-course experience from our talented chef and sommelier. There are nuances of Japanese cuisine tied throughout the shop like our Koji cured pastrami, soy cured king salmon roe, and several courses on the tasting menu. Our passion for food comes from the heart, and our goal is to fulfill yours. Odell’s is not an east coast or west coast style bagel shop, we are Denver.
